Returns and refunds

We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we aim to make the process as simple and fair as possible.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and documentation).

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-ordered or specially configured machinery

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

  • Used or refurbished equipment sold “as-is”

  • Parts or consumables that have been installed or used


2. Return Process

  1. Request Authorization:
    Contact us at [Your Email Address] or [Your Phone Number] within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Please include your order number, item description, and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    If approved, our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

    • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and transaction costs are non-refundable.

  • If the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, a restocking fee (up to 25%) may apply.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or repair, or issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).

We take these cases seriously and work quickly to make things right.
